We kindly inform customers that a delay maybe expected at Lock 1, Factory Top Lock on 21st April 2021. The towpath will not be affected.
A new automatic lock counter is being installed at the lock to assist with water resources. The lock will be open for navigation. However, at some point during the day customers will be asked to refrain from using the lock for approximately 1 hour while a pipe is installed into the lock chamber.
