We are pleased to advise the tree obstructing navigation has been removed and the canal is now open between Bridge No.7, Chapel Bridge and Bridge 8, Town Meadow Swing Bridge
Description
Please be advised navigation is closed between Bridge No.7, Chapel Bridge and Bridge 8, Town Meadow Swing Bridge on the Rufford Branch due to a windblown tree.
Our contractors are aware and we anticipate they will be onsite tomorrow to remove the tree from navigation.
An update will be provided tomorrow, Wednesday 17 March.
