We are pleased to advise the Pump Out has been repaired and is now back in use at Town Bridge Customer Service Facilities.

Our contractors have informed us that due to the ongoing supply chain issues we can expect an estimated delivery time of August for the replacement Pump Out kiosk for Town Bridge Services on the Weaver Navigation.

A further update will be provided Monday 30 August.

Due to continued supply chain issues, we are still awaiting delivery of a Pump Out kiosk for Town Bridge Services on the Weaver Navigation.

Due to a supply chain issue with our contractors, we have encountered a delay and still awaiting a delivery of a replacement Pump Out kiosk for Town Bridge Services on the Weaver Navigation.

Contractors have advised that they are still awaiting delivery of a replacement Pump Out kiosk for Town Bridge Services on the Weaver Navigation.

Discussions are still ongoing regarding the replacement Pump Out kiosk at Town Bridge Services on the Weaver Navigation.

Whilst the pump out remains out of use, the Water Point, Elsan and Toilet facilities are back in operation.

Please be advised our teams are in continued discussions with our contractors to replace the Pump Out kiosk following the severe flood damage caused to the unit.

Our teams have continued work on site and have been successful in fitting an extra mooring bollard.

We are pleased to confirm as of tomorrow, Wednesday 28 April, the Water Point, Elsan and Toilet will be open at Town Bridge Customer Services.

However, as part of the ongoing works, we are working with our contractors to replace the Pump Out kiosk following the severe flood damage caused to the unit.

A further update will be provided Tuesday 4 May.

Our team have now completed works to install the safety rail and are looking in to installing additional mooring bollards at Town Bridge Services. Final inspections will be carried out over the next few days with hope to allow access to the Elsan facility early next week.

As part of the ongoing works, we are working with our contractors to replace the Pump Out kiosk following the severe flood damage caused to the unit. This remains our priority as part of fully reopening the site to customer use.

Please be advised our teams are continuing to work towards rebuilding Town Bridge Customer Service Facilities.

We are in the process of installing a new safety rail and additional mooring bollards along the wash wall.

Our teams have begun the initial groundwork stage and currently in the process of establishing footing and foundations for the service block.
