Please be advised we have removed the dumpy/tonne bags that we are able to access but unfortunately some still remain in the navigation.
We advise vessels navigating downstream of Holt to proceed with caution and maintain a keen lookout, to avoid any risk of entanglement.

Description
Please be advised that a number of white dumpy/ tonne bags and some large pieces of black plastic have washed out of the temporary dam at Holt Fish Pass construction site.
The debris is likely to be floating on or near the surface for some distance downstream of Holt Lock.
We are working on a plan to recover as much material as possible, but in the meantime advise vessels navigating downstream of Holt to proceed with caution and maintain a keen lookout, to avoid any risk of entanglement.
