We are sorry to advise that the works to repair the broken gate at Greenham Lock will now begin as originally advertised on 22nd June and should be complete by the 26th.
Until then, the Lock will continue to be operated on restricted, supervised passage every day, at 10:00 and 16:00 only. Unfortunately it must also remain closed entirely to wide beam vessels, pending completion of works on the 26th.
We apologise for the incorrect dates being given in error, and for any inconvenience caused to our customers as a result.
