Sawley flood gate has now been re-opened so it is now possible to travel through again.
Please do proceed with caution and be aware that there may well be flood debris in the water.
Description
Sawley Flood Lock is now in operation, due to the Upper Trent’s rising water levels.
Boaters are asked not to travel along the navigation until further notice.
