Please note the revised start date for this stoppage.
We have reviewed the methodology and timings of the culvert and washwall repairs at Hurdsfield. As a result, we are able to keep the navigation open until 6th January to allow people more time to complete their Christmas holiday cruising. The end date of the closure is not affected.
