Works to include:
Adjustment of the bottom gates and replacement of timbers to prevent leakage at the mitre. New timbers to be fitted against the quoin stone to reduce leakage.
Reline both top gates and replace damaged collar.
Fit new walkways to top and bottom gates to reduce flexing. Replace both timber cills, if required.
