The charity making life better by water

Earlswood Lakes

Earlswood Lakes consist of three attractive reservoirs in a pleasant wooded setting. Each reservoir is 22 acres in size, and together they supply water to the local Stratford Canal.

Earlswood Lakes fishery

Engine Pool is heavily stocked with carp and bream ranging from 1lb to 4lb. The pool can become very busy, especially during the summer period. Fishing matches take place most weekends throughout the year.

Windmill Pool also shares the water with the local sailing club. It's known mainly for its catches of bream and skimmers during the warmer months and the excellent pike fishing during the winter months.

Terry's Pool is a natural fishery known for its large carp, eels and good heads of pike. Fishing is only allowed from the head bank adjoining Engine Pool, the rest of the lake being a nature reserve.

Fishery rules

Please always check with the fishery bailiff for any changes or updates to the fishery rules.

This set of reservoirs is in a residential area, so please be respectful and considerate to those who live nearby.
