Flood repair - Brookfoot Lock 9, Calder & Hebble Navigation

Contractors Keir will be carrying out flood repair works which will include gabion basket and sheet pile repair of wash wall and towpath. 

The towpath will remain open during the works with a localised diversion around the working area to ensure separation of site staff and general public.

Cyclists will be advised to dismount around the working area and a lock landing area retained adjacent to the lock.

A small number of fishing pegs will be out of use during the works.

The works are due to last approximately 8 weeks.
