Description
Please be advised third party contractors will be onsite at Bridge 145, Cromwell Road, Ellesmere Port on the Shropshire Union Canal to carry out vegetation works for Highways England. They will be removing vegetation and installing new fencing on land adjacent to the towpath.
The towpath will remain open but access to/from Cromwell Road Bridge my be restricted whilst contractor’s plant and equipment is moving in the area.
Access to the works will be over Cromwell Road Bridge and along the path next to the towpath. Please approach with caution and be prepared to stop if requested. Warning signs and banksmen will be in place.
