Description
Urgent works are required to replace three damaged exhaust fan covers in Harecastle Tunnel.
Access for engineers to carry out the removal and replacement of the covers will require erection of scaffolding spanning the canal below the fans.
As a result, the navigation will be closed for three days while the scaffolding is in place and the work is carried out.
