Towpath is to be closed on the Walsall Canal between Midland Rd Bridge and James Bridge Aqueduct

As part of the current towpath refurbishment projects being undertaken in the West Midlands, works will be carried out to expose the existing path and repair the edging boards where required.

A new macadam surface will then be applied to the paths followed by a tar, chip & spray surface dressing afterwards.
