The following information has been provided by The Bridgewater Canal Company Limited.
Bridgewater Canal Navigation & Towpath closure between Cornbrook Bridge and Egerton Street Bridge, Hulme Hall. From Midday (12pm) Friday 31st July
Notice is hereby given that due to emergency demolition works next to the Bridgewater Canal at Hulme Hall, Manchester the Canal and Towpath will be closed for navigation and to pedestrians during the course of the works until further notice.
The work will be carried out by contractors working on behalf of Manchester City Council Building Control.
To ensure the safety boaters & pedestrians are asked to be vigilant and obey local signs and instructions in the immediate vicinity of the works.
The Company apologises for any inconvenience caused as a result of these necessary works.
