Harecastle Tunnel goes into winter hours from and including the 7th November 2015.
The tunnel will be open every Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday excluding the bank holidays but bookings must be made for these dates.
Bookings will need to be made for 8.30am on each day and we will require boats to be at the tunnel, either end, for this time.
The Christmas opening times for the tunnel are the 29th December and the 2nd January, bookings must be made for these dates.
Bookings can be made by calling the Red Bull office on 03030 404040 giving 48 hours notice.
Any bookings for the 29th December and the 2nd January must be made by 12pm on the 24th December.

Tunnel Operation Procedures |

1) The maximum length of convoy of craft is 8 in number |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
2) The instructions of the Tunnel Keeper must be adhered to at all times |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
3) When the tunnel is not manned passage is prohibited |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Office hours at Red Bull are 9.00am-5.00pm Mon-Thur and 9.00am-4.30pm Friday |

|
Harecastle Tunnel will close for 30 minutes, daily, during the hours of 12pm - 2pm to enable the tunnel staff to take a lunch break. |

Customers are asked to wait at the tunnel portal for the tunnel staff to return. |
