The boat has now been removed from Lock 16, Harris Lock. The is a backlog of boats still waiting to go through, but we hope to have sorted by midday today, and things will return to normal. Thank you for your patience whilst dealing with this incident.

Description

We currently have a boat stuck in Lock 16, Harris Lock.

Our team are on site and are working to free the vessel

Unfortunately, the vessel is wider than the lock approach walls and is also wider than the published dimensions which gives a maximum beam of 4 metres.

We will update this notice as soon as we have further information.
