We are pleased to advise the emergency repair to the culvert has been successful. The canal and towpath is now open.
Description
Please be advised our team will be closing the towpath and dewatering the canal close to Aqueduct 22, between Bridge 164, Millness Bridge and Bridge 166, Crooklandsturnpike Bridge on the Lancaster Canal to facilitate emergency repairs to a culvert.
We politely request all visitors to listen to any advice that may be given by the onsite team and to carefully read any onsite signage.
