Paddle Damage - Lock 18 East

Due to the paddle backplate being overwound and coming away from the wall and preventing the head paddle from sealing, we will have to close the lock until we are able to effect a repair.

We expect to be able to do this by Thursday evening but will update in case we don’t achieve it.
