Third party contractors will be carrying out an inspection of the railway bridge over the canal.

There will be restricted use of the canal due to the use of a large floating pontoon.

All boat traffic should slow down on approach to the bridge and be prepared to stop, if requested to do so.

Short delays of up to 10/15 minutes maybe necessary for the contractors to move the floating pontoon out of the navigation path.
