Description
A large tree trunk has migrated downstream following recent heavy rainfall. The log is presently snagged on the river bed close to the centre channel River Ouse between Blue Bridge River Foss Junction and Caravan Site at Rowntree Park.
Skippers of all craft are advised to approach the area with caution and to remain vigilant for any other debris.
Canal & River Trust maintenance teams are arranging for the log to be removed.
We will update this notice when the tree has been removed.
