Interserve Construction Ltd will be installing a temporary footbridge to link the offside site compound at Bristol Road to the development site which is on the towpath side. To facilitate the works a crane will be used to lift the bridge into place. To ensure the works can be carried out safely the canal and towpath will need to be closed for a short period of time (approx. 20 minutes) during the lift. The lift is planned at 7pm on the 23rd January 2018.

Signage and banksman will be utilised to manage members of the public and canal traffic.
