Our team have been able to carry out inspections and also carry out repairs to the hole.
We are now re-filling the canal we expect the levels to back to normal by tomorrow morning 13th May 2017.
Description
A hole has opened up in the canal at lock 29E on the Huddersfield Narrow canal.
We need to lower the water levels to enable us to carry out inspections and repairs.
We will provide an update at 4pm today.
