The works at Lock 31 will also include replacement of the bottom gate as well as repairs to the top gate quoin and chamber brickwork.
Gate re-lining at Lock 33 will be carried out within the same navigation closure.
Description
Repair works to be undertaken at Lock 31 on lock gates, quoin and brickwork.
Following customer feedback, gate re-lining at Lock 33 will be carried out at the same time as works to Lock 31.
The dates have been revised to allow the navigation to be kept open on 27th/28th January and 24th/25th February.
