The knock-on effect of days lost due to flooding, snow and freezing conditions has meant the repairs to the top gate mitre and cill at the Anchor Pit stop gate cannot be completed before Easter.
A decision has been made to defer these works, rather than to cause further inconvenience to boating customers in this location.
