Overhead Line Replacement Works Elland Wood Bottom

Contractors (Babcock International Group) are carrying out replacement of the overhead lines which cross the canal.

Whilst there won’t be any restriction in the watercourse, cables will be dismantled and erected above the watercourse.

All boat traffic should slow down when approaching, take care when passing and abide by the contractors advice, this may result in delays of no longer than 15-20 minutes.
