Would you enjoy learning new skills, meeting new people, keeping fit, enjoying the country side and generally having a good time on and by the Ashby canal?

The Towpath Task Force is the volunteer group working on the Ashby canal in various locations from Marston Junction up to Snarestone Wharf.
The group meet every Tuesday of each month from 10am-2pm at various locations.

We work on vital tasks such as planting hedgerows, tackling problem plants, replacing fencing, refurbishing bridges and towpaths, litter picking and generally making the waterways a more attractive place for everyone to visit.

For details of meeting location, as we move around quite a bit, please contact Rich Bell on 07776 455255 or email richard.bell@canalrivertrust.org.uk
