Are you a creative communicator with a flair for getting messages across? Then help us build on lively on-line interaction with our volunteers, and reach new audiences, through developing our social media activity across a range of platforms. Work with people across the Trust to gather content such as case studies and photos, and develop photo galleries vis our website and social media pages. If you can spare a small amount of your time regularly, then we can offer you a challenging and fulfilling role with a real focus on people and what they can achieve.


A chance to play a central role in engaging and inspiring the waterways volunteering community, meet lots of interesting people, and use and develop skills in communication, engaging people and digital technology.

Skills required

If you have good communication skills, are willing to share and champion new ideas, an interest in digital innovation, are confident and creative with monitoring and developing social media platforms, and have an enthusiasm for canals, volunteering and the ability to share this with others, then this could be the opportunity for you.
