Our national Volunteering team is at the heart of the Trust’s work, delivering excellent support to our teams across the country and potential and existing volunteers looking for more support.
This role acts as both a first point of contact for potential volunteers as well as ensuring the Volunteering Team works as well as possible.The role can involve, dealing with enquiries by either email or phone, contacting potential volunteers to ensure that they’re getting the right information to volunteer in a timely way, distributing thank you gifts to volunteers, using our national database and using social media such as Facebook and Twitter to promote volunteering with the Trust.
Joining a great team in a friendly environment. The office in Hatton is home to our water management, property and utilities colleagues so you’ll find out more about the work of the Trust on a day to day basis.
It can involve both building skills and using existing ones through helping to ensure fantastic support to our volunteers and paid colleagues.
