Youth Fellowship Volunteer – London & South East Regional Advisory Board

The Trust Fellowship is a new role, aimed at encouraging and supporting more young people to get involved in decision-making at the Trust. We want to empower young people to get involved at all levels to bring fresh perspectives to help us shape the future direction of the organisation.
The 12-month Fellowship includes:
1. 4-module digital training programme.
2. 3 in-person professional development training days (subject to Covid-19 restrictions).
3. Management of one 3-6 month social innovation project.
4. Monthly professional mentoring sessions to deepen your learning.
5. Engagement with London & South East Regional Advisory Board & Trust Leadership Teams.
We expect to require a maximum of 25 days of your time. Commitment to all of the aspects in this programme will prepare you for a range of career opportunities both inside and outside of the Trust. At the end of the 12 months you will receive support and signposting to enable you to take the next steps on your professional journey.
