Towpath Taskforce - Dobbs Weir - Saturday 16th July 2022
Starts: 16 July 2022
Dobbs Weir, River Lee
Join us on Saturday 16th July from 10am to 3.30pm at Dobbs Weir for an enjoyable day's work on the beautiful River Lee. We’ll be helping to give the area a general tidy up and a much needed coat of paint on the footbridge over the weir.
All tools and equipment will be provided, together with expert and friendly support and refreshments. We'll be delighted to see you there. You're welcome to join us for the morning or bring a packed lunch and stay all day!
Meet us in the car park over the road from the Fish and Eels public house, on Dobbs Weir road, EN11 0AZ.
The weir is a short walk away. Parking is available.
The nearest station is Rye House and is 1.4miles away, although it is a lovely walk along the River Lee
