What's involved?

This is an opportunity to be the ‘face’ of the Canal & River Trust and the Unlocking the Severn project, playing a key role in the enjoyment of the visitor experience and ensuring visitors leave with a greater understanding and affinity to the River Severn.
You will provide an exceptional Visitor experience including guiding pre-booked groups around Diglis Island, the riverside at Diglis and the new Fish Pass. You will help develop and deliver pilots in year one and expand the offer in future years. The role may involve opening and securing buildings.
You will also support schools visits to the Fish Pass

You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy enthusing others to engage with the river and improve their wellbeing. You will be given training relevant to the role.
