Join us on Wednesday 6 February between 10am and 3.30pm at Cheshunt Lock for an enjoyable day’s work on the beautiful River Lee. We’ll be tidying the towpath with a vegetation cutback and litter pick. All tools and equipment will be provided, together with expert and friendly support and refreshments.

Meet us at 10am on the towpath by Cheshunt Lock, approximate postcode is EN8 9AJ. The lock is a 10 minute walk along the towpath from Windmill Lane where parking is available. The nearest station is Cheshunt which is a 10-15 minute walk from the meeting point via Windmill Lane and the towpath. You're welcome to join us for the morning or bring a packed lunch and stay all day!

The Towpath Taskforce offers a great way to meet other local Trust volunteers and staff, learn new practical skills, hear about other volunteer opportunities or just spend a few hours outdoors improving your local waterway environment.
