We are looking for a skilled person with their own filming equipment to produce a video celebrating volunteer award winners ready for a ceremony in September.
This will be a one-off task which we expect to take around 7 days, either in one chunk or spread over a few weeks. You will be travelling to several sites across the country to interview and film volunteers, followed by editing into a short video suitable for showing at the awards ceremony. Award winners will be chosen early August so filming will need to take place between then and early September to ensure the film is complete in good time.
You’ll have guidence on the interview content and have a full induction & support from someone in the National Volunteering Team. Filming on site with the volunteers will take approx 4 days, followed by several days film editing from home.
As part of the application process we will request to see an example of previous similar work you have carried out.
This is an opportunity for you to put your skills to use, get out and see some of our great canal network and create something to add to your portfolio.
