Help us make the Trust's 2018 volunteering conference the best yet! We need help in lots of ways to set up and deliver our annual internal volunteering conference: planning the theme, talks and workshops; securing a venue; managing invitations and registration; providing support and logistics on the day; and evaluation the impact afterwards. Whether you've got a few hours here and there to pick up one part of this, or can be involved from now until October to co-ordinate planning and delivery, we'd love to make use of your skills and enthusiasm.
A great chance to work with volunteers and volunteering staff across the Trust and beyond, uncover all sorts of hidden gems of Trust volunteering, and get satisfaction from being part of a well-delivered project. If you've got time to get more involved, this is a challenging and varied role for someone looking to build their project and events management skills.
Good organisational and communications skills are essential.
Familiarity with simple project management and administration processes would be desirable.
Experience of supporting events would be an advantage
