The task is a varied role covering all areas of customer service including front of house sales & revenue generation, cleaning, stock control and replenishment and customer enquiries.
As a retail assistant, you will be part of a small but busy team and will assist in ensuring that all our visitors receive excellent standards of service thoughout their experience and always striving to exceed their expectations.|
The Visitor Centre is open 7 days a week from March through to October then drops down to weekends from November to February, thus this role can be flexible in the days/hours volunteered.

Skills required

Good knowledge of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience of working in a retail environment (desirable)
Being trustworthy, reliable and having a patient & calm demeanour is not essential but certainly will assist you in the role.
First aid certificate (desirable not essential).
Good knowledge use of touch screen tills (desirable not essential)
