Join us on Saturday 7 April between 10am and 3.30pm at Lock 90 on the Hanwell Flight for a satisfying days work at this beautiful spot on the Grand Union Canal. We'll be continuing the work to prepare and paint the locks on the Hanwell Flight. All tools and equipment will be provided, together with expert and friendly support and refreshments. We will be delighted to see you there.

Meet us at 10am on the towpath by Lock 90 (Norwood Top Lock), off Havelock Road, UB2 4PL. The closest station is Southall which is a 20 minute walk from the meeting point. The event will run from 10am-3.30pm, join us for the morning or bring a packed lunch and stay all day!

This site is very muddy so we recommend wearing wellies or work boots if you have them!

The Towpath Taskforce offers a great way to meet other local Trust volunteers and staff, learn new practical skills, hear about other volunteer opportunities or just spend a few hours outdoors improving your local waterway environment.
