Mile End Lock, Regents Canal, London
Join us on Wednesday 23 August from 10am to 3.30pm at Mile End Lock for an enjoyable day's work on the iconic Regent's Canal. We’ll be helping to spruce up this area by giving the lock a new lick of paint. All tools and equipment will be provided, together with expert and friendly support and refreshments. We'll be delighted to see you there. You're welcome to join us for the morning or bring a packed lunch and stay all day!
Meet us by Mile End Lock, off Mile End Road, E3 4RB. The nearest station is Mile End which is a 5 minute walk from the meeting point.
The Towpath Taskforce offers a great way to meet other local Trust volunteers and staff, learn new practical skills, hear about other volunteer opportunities or just spend a few hours outdoors improving your local waterway environment.
