Trent & Mersey Canal, Staffordshire

A brand new volunteer group working along the Trent and Mersey Canal between the Harecastle Tunnel and Great Haywood.
We will be doing tasks such as painting the lock and infrastructure, cutting back overgrown vegetation, litter picking, path resurfacing and fencing among other jobs. This is a great opportunity to get outdoors, learn some new skills and meet likeminded people who also want to give some time to improve the waterways in their local area.

The group will run every other Thursday with the next meetings on 25/5/17, 8/6/17, 22/6/17, 6/7/17
