This opportunity is based withing a small but busy team located in the Booking Office at Andeton Visitor Centre. The team deal with a varied routine on a day to day basis ranging from basic administration duties such as customer correspondence & data entry to providing a welcoming service to our large coach tours to attending trade shows & assisting with stock control & delivery.
As administration support, your role would be to support & assist where needed dependent on the current office priorities.

IT knowledge & experience
Ability to prioritise tasks/workload
Organisational skills
Interest or knowledge of the waterways (desirable but not essential)
Willingness to talk to coach parties (desirable but not essential)
Revenue generation and sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
