Starts: 11th April 2017 to 27th June 2017

This is one of a series of task days which take place on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal in Wigan, meeting at a different location each week. Tasks can include vegetation works, litter picking and general towpath maintenance. When: Every Tuesday at 10am.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing which you don’t mind getting dirty and sturdy shoes. We’ll provide all the tools and equipment needed to do the task. We do provide hot drinks but you may also want to bring your own flask or water bottle and a packed lunch or snack depending on how long you’re staying.

It's a great way to meet other like minded volunteers and get to hear about other volunteering opportunities if you fancy getting more involved.
