Rochdale Canal, Bridge 19, Stubbings Road Bridge

To enable essential bridge repair and strengthening works by the council, the canal will be closed at Bridge 19 for 8 weeks from 9th January, planned to reopen here by 3rd March 2017.  A scaffold system will span over the canal at this location which will prevent navigation.

We have asked for these works to be timed with our other stoppages in the area to minimise customer impact, customers moored below Bridge 19 will have access to services in Hebden Bridge during this time.
