Our contractors have now completed the works to enable us to open the canal.
The towpath will need to remain closed between Lock 21W and Bridge 77 during reinstatement works and demobilisation.
The towpath will be re-open by Thursday 13th April.
Description
We have had to close the towpath between Lock 21 West and Bridge 77 due to damaged caused to the canal wash wall by the recent overnight flooding.
We will provide a update when we are able plan to the repair to the towpath.
