Gas pipe running adjacent to Prices Brickworks Basin Bridge, just North of Darlaston Road Bridge, Loxdale

Alfred Bagnall & Sons Limited on behalf of National Grid will be repainting the gas pipe that runs alongside the basin bridge. An encapsulated scaffolding will be erected from the canal/reed bed to facilitate the works.  The navigation & towpath will remain open although short delays may be encountered whilst the scaffold is erected and dismantled. Towpath & navigation users will be safely managed past the works during these periods.

When the scaffolding is erected there will still be ample space for boats to pass safely.
