Please be advised that contractors will be carrying out concrete wash wall raising works to the offside banking
Mooring with be unavailable to the offside of the canal over the length between the aqueduct and the culvert (approx. 120m) as shuttering will be attached to the existing wash wall.
The canal will be fully open for boaters to pass through and the towpath is also unaffected
All boat traffic should slow down when approaching the area and pass through with care.
