Kings Norton Junction Bridge 72 to Parsons Hill Bridge 71

Towpath resurfacing works are to be undertaken and the towpath must be closed to ensure the safety of the public.These works are part of the wider Birmingham Cycle Revolution Project – further lengths of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal towpath will be closed subsequently for resurfacing.

Please be aware that this will affect the visitor moorings between the two bridges and they will be suspended. However, wherever possible, dependant on the works activities, we will try and accommodate mooring but access over the towpath will not be available.
