Description
Works will be commencing on Monday 14th March 2016 to improve the towpath between Bath (A36) and Bathampton. The scheduled completion date is Friday 15th July.
The canal will remain open throughout. Around 50% of the towpath will be closed during the work and there will be a towpath diversion in place via Candy's Bridge. Boating customers needing to get to/from their boats will be permitted access throughout the project
There will be some minor mooring restrictions during the works. This will just be to enable the boat carrying materials to get to the bank to unload at various points. These will be signed in advance.
