Description
Third party contractors, APEM Ltd on behalf of Severn Trent Water, are undertaking Fish habitat surveys & Water quality logger installation at several locations on the Upper River Trent between Shardlow Marina and Sawley locks.
The works will be taking place between 31st July and 25th September. Contractors will be using a Rib craft and will be on foot along the riverbanks during the 8-week period.
This notice is for information only, to reassure our customers that the contractor's presence is approved. All works / surveys are non-invasive and will pose no impediment to or risk to watercourse users, to bed or banks, or to the Trust's assets.
