We are pleased to advise works to third party owned gas pipes have now been completed between Lock 12 West and Lock 13 West on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and navigation has resumed.

Work to third party owned gas pipes between Lock 12 West and Lock 13 West on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal are progressing well, we're hopeful the work will be complete this afternoon which will our teams are able to refill the pound overnight.
A further update will be provided Friday 21 April.

Please be advised navigation and towpath remain closed between Lock 12 West and Lock 13 West to allow third party contractors continue with their investigation.
