Unfortunately due to a delay in the original start date these works have been extended until 31st March.

Description

Between the 2nd and 28th February, contractors will be carrying out essential maintenance and re-painting the gas pipes which cross the canal.

Some of the materials for the scaffolding will be carried down the towpath and there will be scaffold around the gas pipes, which will reduce towpath width There will also be a pontoon and scaffold in the waterway, to the east of the navigation.
