Description

A third party works programme of repairs to the towpath between footbridge 11A and Tinkers Leen on the Nottingham & Beeston Canal will take place between 13th February and 31st March.

The work will involve piling sections of the canal wall and reinstating the sections of towpath where subsidence has occurred.

The towpath will be closed during these repairs and a diversion will be in place for the duration.

The piling will be carried out from the waterway and therefore moorings will be suspended during this time. This may also restrict the navigation and so boaters are asked to be mindful of these works when travelling on the canal.

Thank you for your patience while these works are carried out.
